Bridge Mode in your Amped router helps in expanding a network by reconnecting to an existing network simultaneously. It helps in creating a wireless connection between two Wi-Fi networks wirelessly through the web interface of the setup.ampedwireless.com window. The devices connected to the Bridge Mode should be on the same subnet and home network as on the existing network. Most of the users think that Bridge Mode creates a separate network but it doesn’t create a different network, it only provides wired connections to expand a wireless network. To enable Bridge Mode in your network, a user has to slide the Bridge Mode bar to the right side. You also have to type the security key if the Security field is enabled within your network.
